Shipping and Returns
At DIY Happy Kits, shipping within the continental US is FREE. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Typically you should receive your order in 3-7 business days.
Expedited shipping is available at extra cost, please email at email@example.com, and we can arrange for 1-2 day shipping.
International shipping is charged depending on destination. We do provide free international shipping on orders over$100.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
You can place orders online and we accept credit card payments online. Alternately you can call at our customer service at 303-578-9562 to place your order between 9:00am-5:00pm MST.
We want you to be happy with our products! If you are not happy with one of our products, let us know and we'll provide a full refund. We may require that you ship it back to us or detail why you are unhappy, but we do want to hear from you and make it right.
If any part is missing or damaged, we will be happy to ship it over to you at no extra cost.
To request a refund, please email within 15 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in new condition, and in its original packaging. Refunds will appear in the form of your original payment within seven days of returning an item.
